HOW WE WORK
Hand us the whole thing, or start with one service
Most organisations bring us the constraint and let us run the system around it. Others start with a single piece and connect the rest as the evidence justifies it. Either way the strategy that shapes the work is included — it is never sold on its own.

FAQ
What to know before we work together
Does our organisation need to be purpose-led to work with S&P?
No. We use “purpose-led” to attract more organisations whose work creates a positive effect, not as a box every client has to tick. We work with profit-driven businesses too. What matters is a strong fit between what you need, what we can genuinely improve and how we will work together.
What makes an organisation a strong fit?
A strong fit usually means you have proven demand or active funding, a clear problem we can influence, a decision-maker close to the work, and the time, access and budget to follow through. The work itself also needs to be something we are comfortable helping succeed. If we are not the right partner, we will say so early.
Can we start with one service or project?
Yes. Any of the services above can be the starting point. Defined builds — such as a website, Shopify store, landing-page system or selected automation project — can be scoped as standalone projects. Ongoing channel work can begin as a focused retainer. If several parts need to move together, we will explain why and recommend a broader partnership.
Do you offer performance-based agreements?
Sometimes. We only add a performance component when there is a reliable baseline, access to the right data, a clear way to connect results to the work and an agreed split of responsibilities. If those conditions are not there, a fixed project or monthly retainer is the clearer model.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Results depend on your market, offer, budget and shared execution. We establish the baseline, agree on the indicators that matter, report honestly on what changes and take responsibility for the quality of the strategy and execution within our control.
Can you work across markets and languages?
Yes. We work with clients across Europe and Asia-Pacific and can plan for more than one market when the scope calls for it. Our core working languages are English, German and Swedish. For other languages, we agree the right local support case by case.
