Performance-Based Growth Partnership

You built something that sells. Now let's scale it

We step in as your growth partner with a smaller base fee and a performance fee tied to the measurable result we agree on together.

Part of our fee depends on the agreed result. You control advertising and operating budgets.

For established ecommerce and service businesses with proven demand.

The model

A simpler way to work together

Same goal. A different commercial model.

Traditional agency model

Large fixed retainer

The agency is paid the same fixed fee regardless of how the agreed work performs.

S&P Performance Partnership

Smaller base fee Agreed performance fee

Part of our compensation depends on the measurable result defined together.

The work

We work on what is stopping growth

Growth rarely depends on one channel alone. We connect attention, conversion, measurement and retention, then work where the strongest constraint sits.

Google Ads Meta Ads Channel identification only. No endorsement or certification is implied.
  1. 1

    Get attention

Meta Ads, Google Ads, creative and acquisition

  2. 2

    Turn attention into customers

Websites, landing pages, Shopify and conversion improvement

  3. 3

    Measure what works

Tracking, analytics, attribution and controlled testing

  4. 4

    Get more value from customers

Email, remarketing, retention and repeat purchases

  5. 5

    Scale what proves itself

Budget allocation, iteration and growth decisions

Campaign and landing-page conversion targets are agreed, measured and reviewed. We work on the constraint, not just the channel we happen to sell.

Controlled scaling

We don't scale hope. We scale what proves itself

More ad spend does not automatically mean more growth. We increase investment when useful evidence supports it. The goal is to make your marketing budget work harder.

  1. 1

    Understand

Know the offer, margins, customers, funnel and current numbers.

  2. 2

    Fix

Remove clear conversion, tracking or retention problems.

  3. 3

    Test

Run controlled experiments against an agreed target.

  4. 4

    Prove

Identify what reliably improves the commercial picture.

  5. 5

    Scale

Increase investment into what the evidence supports.

Built on work we have already done

Measured results are shown with their source and window. Delivered work is described without invented performance figures.

Commercial model

Exactly how we get paid

Simple, transparent and agreed before work starts.

1

Smaller base fee

Covers part of the strategy, team time, execution, reporting and infrastructure required to run the partnership.

2

Performance fee

Connected to a written, measurable KPI such as revenue, incremental revenue, qualified leads or acquisition economics.

The agreement defines the KPI, baseline, attribution rules, exclusions, responsibilities, review points and fee structure. There is no fixed public percentage because the structure depends on the business.

Fit

Is this for you

This model works best when there is already something worth scaling.

A good fit

  • Your product or service already sells
  • You have real customers and meaningful sales history
  • Your economics leave room for growth
  • You can provide access to the relevant numbers
  • You have budget available for testing
  • You can act when the evidence supports a change

Probably not yet

  • You are still looking for your first customers
  • The offer has not been validated
  • Results cannot be measured
  • There is no budget available for testing
  • You expect guaranteed growth
  • You expect S&P to fund the business or carry every financial risk

Shared upside

Why take a smaller fee upfront

When we find a business we believe we can help grow, we would rather connect part of our upside to a result we can influence than simply sell another large fixed retainer.

Your growth becomes our opportunity too.

Getting started

How it starts

A clear process, beginning with a free 30-minute fit call.

    Fit call

In 30 minutes, show us the business, current numbers, constraints and goals.

  2. 2

    Growth review

We identify where growth is being lost and where the strongest opportunity may be.

  3. 3

    Partnership plan

If the fit is strong, we define responsibilities, baseline, target, base fee and performance structure.

  4. 4

    Execute, test and scale

We improve the system, review the evidence and scale what proves itself.

If we do not believe this model is right for your business, we will tell you.

Selectivity

We can't do this with everyone

Performance partnerships need proven demand, healthy economics, measurable data, real room to improve, realistic growth potential and a team we can work closely with. We assess those conditions before proposing terms.

Commercial FAQ

Questions business owners ask before the first call

Is there still a monthly fee?

Yes. There is normally a smaller base fee covering part of our team's strategy, execution, reporting and operating costs. Additional compensation is connected to performance.

Do you pay our ad spend?

Normally no. Advertising and other operating budgets remain business investments funded and controlled by the client.

What counts as performance?

It depends on the business. It may be revenue, incremental revenue, qualified leads, acquisition economics or another agreed measurable KPI.

Do you guarantee growth?

No. Nobody can responsibly guarantee business growth. The model connects our incentives more closely to yours while both sides remain responsible for the decisions and inputs they control.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We can work alongside internal marketing teams, developers, creatives and existing specialists, with responsibilities agreed before work starts.

What businesses do you accept?

Primarily established ecommerce and service businesses with proven demand, measurable data, healthy enough economics, budget for testing and meaningful room to improve.

How is the performance fee set?

There is no universal percentage. The written agreement defines the KPI, baseline, attribution rules, exclusions, responsibilities, review points and performance structure for that business.
