Growth Partnerships

Get a whole team on your side, ongoing

As your growth partner we plan and run your marketing with you, month by month. Which model fits depends on what is already proven, what still needs building and what each side can take responsibility for.

The options

Two models, or one job on its own

Both partnerships bring the planning and the doing together. They differ in where your business is, how the fee works and what we do first. A single service is another way in.

How it works

From the first call to shared reporting

The same five steps run in every partnership. What changes is where we start, how long each step takes and which channel comes first.

  1. Understand

Establish the mission, model, market, baseline and desired action.

  2. Diagnose

Identify the most important constraint and verify whether S&P can influence it.

  3. Prioritise

Define the roadmap, responsibilities, measurement and sequence of work.

  4. Build and launch

Improve the foundation and activate the highest-priority channel or system.

  5. Measure and improve

Review evidence, improve conversion and scale what works.

Questions about fit

What to know before you choose

Do we need a plan, or to know which partnership fits, before the call?

No. Bring the offer, the audience you want to reach and the main uncertainty. We will discuss the suitable structure after a first read, and which foundation or test deserves attention first.

Do we qualify for a performance-based agreement?

We need a product that already sells, margin visibility, usable sales data, a budget for the work and a scope where each side can own its decisions. The first call establishes whether a deeper qualification is worthwhile. An External Growth Partnership is usually the more relevant conversation while those foundations are being built.

How is the commission agreed, and who owns revenue?

A performance commission is considered only after qualification, and there is no standard percentage on this page. The measure, attribution rules, exclusions, responsibilities and review points are defined in writing after we assess the business and the work S&P can influence. We take responsibility for the agreed growth work and reporting. Product quality, pricing, fulfilment, budgets and final business decisions remain with your team. Targets must reflect that shared reality.

Is the External Growth Partnership a monthly retainer or a fixed project?

Either may fit. We scope the stage together first. A defined phase works for a clear launch or build. A monthly partnership suits an evolving roadmap. Scope, fee and deliverables are agreed after we understand the work.

How is progress measured?

We set a starting point and agree what progress means for the scope, then review the evidence at agreed points and decide whether to continue, adjust or reprioritise. Early-stage work may be judged first by launch readiness, useful customer signals and a working measurement baseline. In a performance-based agreement, reporting distinguishes S&P-controlled work from product, pricing and fulfilment decisions so both sides can judge the partnership fairly.

How involved does our team need to be?

A decision-maker and product knowledge need to be available. Your team brings customer knowledge, access to the people and systems the work needs, and timely decisions on business choices and approvals. S&P shapes the agreed priorities, brings the relevant specialists together, plans and delivers the scoped work and makes progress visible.

Can we start with one service?

Yes. Specialist Services are available when a focused project or channel is the right next step.
