Your work deserves to be seen

Where the potential gets lost

  • A website that doesn’t make the value clear

People arrive, but the message doesn’t land.

  • Search visibility that leaves you hard to find

The right people are looking, but you’re not showing up.

  • Advertising that sends people into the wrong journey

Interest is there, but it doesn’t turn into action.

We find what’s holding the system back and fix the parts that matter most — so more of the right people discover, understand and choose you.

How we work

Two S&P colleagues working side by side at a desk — one typing at a keyboard in headphones, the other reading through a printed document

We begin by looking at how your website, search presence, advertising, offer and customer journey work together — how people find you, what they understand, and where the connection breaks down. From there we set the order of work around the changes most likely to move things forward.

We never start an ads campaign without first analysing the page that traffic will land on.

We start with

Analysis and strategy

One pass across the whole system before any channel work begins — so effort goes where it will compound, not where it happens to be easiest to start.

Our core services

  • Websites

If people are reaching you but not taking the next step, we make the experience clearer, more trustworthy and easier to act on.

    How we build websites
  • SEO

If the people looking for what you offer cannot find you, we help your work show up at the moment they are searching.

    How we approach SEO
  • Ads

If your message needs to reach further, we connect it with the people most likely to care and act.

    How we run ads

Measure → adjust → compound

We measure what creates real movement, improve what does not, and build on what works — so each pass makes the next one sharper.

FAQ

What clients ask us first

  • How much does it cost to work with S&P?

Every engagement is scoped around the problem, the level of responsibility we take on and the people or channels involved. Fixed projects are priced against defined deliverables. Focused retainers and broader partnerships are priced monthly. We set out the recommended structure, scope and fee before you decide.

  • How is S&P different from a traditional agency?

Our model keeps strategy and execution close. We look across the offer, website, search, advertising and follow-up, set one priority order and take responsibility for the part we agree to lead. That can mean running the connected system or working alongside your existing team on one defined constraint.

  • What happens first if we start working together?

We begin by understanding the result you need and where progress is breaking down. Then we review the parts of the journey that could be causing it and identify the first constraint worth fixing. That gives both teams a clear order of work before effort or budget goes into a channel.

  • What will you need from our team?

We need access to the relevant people, systems and data, timely decisions and your team’s subject expertise. The exact responsibilities depend on the engagement, so we agree who owns each decision, approval and deliverable before work begins.

  • Who actually does the work?

You work directly with our in-house team, not an account-management layer. Phillip and Simon are the co-founders: Phillip leads positioning, offers and the commercial side, Simon and Patrick handle everything technical, and Moon looks after sales and client communication. Before work begins, we make clear who is responsible for each part on our side and what we need from yours.

  • How quickly will we see results?

The timeline depends on the starting point and the work. A website build, an advertising campaign and an SEO programme should not be judged on the same schedule — most website builds run 6–9 weeks, while search and advertising are measured over longer cycles. Before we begin, we set delivery milestones, the earliest useful indicators and the factors that could affect them, so you know what progress should look like and when we will review it.
