The Hub Laidback Hostel · Hospitality

From zero online presence to a week-one sellout

The Hub is a laidback, beach-close hostel in Ao Nang, Thailand — and when we started, a brand-new business with no website, no reviews, and no way to be found. We built its entire digital presence: a conversion-focused site, a live Booking.com funnel, and the local- and AI-search footprint to launch. The rooms sold out in the first week live — in low season.

The situation

A brand-new hostel, starting from absolute zero.

The Hub was a brand-new hostel steps from Ao Nang Beach, with no website, no reviews, and nothing in Google.

It shared an address with a sister café and shop, and had to convert from its first week live — in low season, when beds are hardest to fill.

View the diagnosis
  1. 01
    Identity

The Hub needed its own identity: calm, beach-close, and work-friendly.

  2. 02
    One booking path

Every call to action needed to point at a single, shared Booking.com funnel.

  3. 03
    Local & AI search

Nothing existed in Google yet — the property needed a foundation built to be found.

  4. 04
    Low season

The launch landed in low season, when beds in a town full of hostels are hardest to fill.

Our approach

One growth model. Four connected moves.

We gave The Hub its own identity, pointed every path at one booking action, and built the foundation to be found — all before the doors opened.

Positioning deliverables

The Hub was positioned as its own brand — calm, beach-close, and work-friendly — with every page pointed at one goal: a booking.

  • Brand positioning: calm, beach-close, work-friendly
  • One conversion goal: a booking
  • Single shared Booking.com link
  • Unified calls to action sitewide
