01 The problem
Skelin made sterling silver jewellery worth paying a premium for, but had no storefront to sell it and no clear positioning to justify the price. Beautiful product, nowhere to buy it well.

Position Skelin as a timeless, giftable Swedish silver brand, then build every page around that promise. Make the quality of the jewellery obvious before the price ever shows up.
03 The execution
We built the entire store on Shopify — brand, structure, product pages, and checkout — tuned for conversion at each step. Then we set the paid-traffic strategy to bring the right buyers to it.
