01 The problem
CommuniTea needed a fundraising platform that didn't exist off the shelf — one where communities could launch a campaign and supporters could actually drive it. Generic tools couldn't handle the campaign flow or the sharing mechanics the model depended on.
02 The strategy
Build the whole thing on Shopify with custom development, so the commerce backbone was solid and every step was shaped around one job: get a campaign live, then get people sharing it.
03 The execution
We built the platform end to end — the campaign flow, the landing-page logic behind each fundraiser, and share-message optimisation so supporters spread the word with copy that actually travels.
