Where fire meets craft
Seasonal Nordic cuisine, open-fire cooking, and ingredients sourced from the forests, farms, and coastlines of Scandinavia.
Reserve a TableEach dish tells the story of its origin — fire, earth, and sea, composed with reverence for tradition.
A5 wagyu strip, charred leek ash, smoked bone marrow jus, and fermented black garlic.
Day-boat langoustine, cured Arctic char, smoked mussels, dill emulsion, and rye crumble.
Carnaroli rice, aged parmesan, winter truffle, brown butter, and crispy sage.
Ember & Oak was founded on a simple belief: the best meals begin with an open flame and ingredients that have barely travelled. Our kitchen is built around a custom wood-fired hearth, where every cut of meat, every root vegetable, and every crust of bread meets the elemental force that has defined cooking for millennia.
We work directly with small-scale farmers across Sweden, foragers from the archipelago, and fishermen from the west coast. The menu changes with the seasons — because the land decides what we serve, not the other way around. This is modern Nordic cuisine rooted in something ancient and honest.
Join us for an evening of open-fire cuisine and curated wines. Private dining available for parties of eight or more.
